these 2 weeks are (Y) ttm. vesak day holiday+3 days hbl+2 days elective+1 day service learning
and electives are damn awesome in math elective again because i'm mad. but it's seriously good. to slack
only thing that hasn't been going well is rhythm prac. 4 days before rhythm and i happily developed a new symptom of eupho rebellion- bleeding gums(...) crazy gums split at the high notes. lips bleed not enough so my stupid gums decided to join in. -.-
4 days to sort out the danses. then 3-4 weeks of no brass for a chance at recovery:D
urgh but my lips have this stupid habit of reverting back to my old non-eupho embouchure after even just one week of inactivity. don't even want to think about how i'll sound in july
"had exchange at MJC today. we're not the smallest band; dunman high 's smaller than us. this girl even had to play the suspended and concert bass with her arms crossed with sus. mallets at the same time"
dhssb(sh) to me, you guys are really the most courageous sirs and ma'ams around.
no other band would have dared to enter syf with such orchestration. no other band would have dared to invest so much energy and feelings into a band so small, because to them, it'd just mean more heartache at the end of the day. no other band would have dared to believe, to hope, as you have believed and hoped
i wouldn't have dared
you may not realise it, but you've taught us what it means to stand by our bandmates, to fight against all odds. and to fight all the way
whatever we attain in 2013 sh syf, it'll be because we're standing on the shoulders of the giants before us
dhssb 军乐队一家人
i doubt any senior comes here but seeing all the fb posts made me so :') that i had to type something somewhere...
next stop- syf 2013. really wonder who will stand by the band.
